For residents with parking, you will find your allocated space within the Broadway Residences development just over the road from St Martin’s Place. Please ensure that you always park within the lines of your designated space.
The car park for Broadway Residences can be accessed via the entrance point located just off Grosvenor Street West (the circular ramp). The exit point for the car park is via the one-way system leading through Broadway car park. Please ensure that you enter/exit the car park using the correct entry/exit points to avoid parking charges being incurred through the automatic number plate recognition system (ANPR).
Parking at St Martin’s Place is available to residents who hold a valid permit. Permits can be purchased (subject to availability) through the Resident Services Associates who are based on the service desk within the reception area of the development. The car park for St Martin’s Place can be accessed via the entrance/exit point located just off St Martin’s Street. An automatic number plate recognition system (ANPR) operates at St Martin’s Place and charges will be incurred if a valid permit is not held or if you fail to provide up to date vehicle registration details associated with any permit purchased.
