Nexus Point is situated in the heart of Erdington which is within the suburbs of Birmingham City Centre, where local attractions such as The Bullring, Grand Central, Brindley Place and Broad Street can be found.

Sitting in the heart of the Midlands’ automotive industry, Erdington offers easy access to one of Jaguar Land Rover’s main operations and has also seen significant investment from investors looking to develop further automotive units near to the town centre.

Shopping and Retail
Birmingham City Centre benefits from three large shopping malls. Grand Central at New Street Station includes the largest John Lewis store outside of London, as well as many other high street brands. There is a range of different culinary experiences within Grand Central, making it an ideal central meeting space. The Bullring Shopping centre has over 160 shops including Debenhams and Topshop and boasts luxury retail stores including Selfridges and Goldsmiths.
Closer to the development, Erdington boasts a thriving high street with the usual high street stores as well as some quaint and very unique stores. The Fort Shopping Park is also only a short drive away from the development and plays host to around 40 high street stores and eateries.
Recreation
Pype Hayes Park is located very close to Nexus Point and is the perfect setting in which to take a scenic stroll through its ornamental gardens and also past the Grade II listed building, Pype Hayes Hall. The park itself covers over 100 acres of land and is a one of the largest parks in Birmingham. There are tennis courts and lakes located within the park which are accessible to visitors and fishing is also allowed (subject to the appropriate licences).
If a walk in the park isn’t for you, then located next to Pype Hayes Park is Pype Hayes Golf Course. The golf course has spectacular natural surroundings, an onsite club house, gym and a function suite.
Education
There are a number of reputable schools, training centres and universities close to the development including: Erdington Academy, Erdington Skills Centre, University of Birmingham, Birmingham City University and Aston University.
