The Anvil is one of Hampshire’s largest entertainment venues offering a wide range of entertainment for all ages including: stand-up comedy, theatre, ballet, opera, classical music, pop concerts and pantomimes. Alternatively, you could take a leisurely stroll around Eastrop Park or hop on board one of the pedalos within the boating lake.

The Malls Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk from the development and Festival Place Shopping Centre is just next door. Both offer a range of popular high street names alongside various restaurants and food outlets.
Waitrose with John Lewis Home is located just a 5 minute walk away from the development and Sainsburys is located within The Malls Shopping Centre.
Recreation
Situated just outside the centre of Basingstoke and just a minutes walk from Churchill Place id Eastrop Park. This is a vast stretch of green parkland featuring a boating lake, The Boathouse Café, children’s playground and walking trail.
A mile out of the town centre is the Basingstoke Leisure Park, which offers a wide range of activities, including Planet Ice, Hollywood Bowl and Aquadrome Water Park.
There are many sports activities on offer in the Basingstoke area, like Tylney Park Golf Course, Basingstoke County Cricket Club, and Lasham Gliding Club.
Education
