Liverpool has become one of the most famous cities in the world. Visited by thousands of tourists every year, it has a rich cultural history, architecture and is known the world over for the many entertainers it has produced. Liverpool is very much a city of the 21st century. The John Lennon Airport, named after one of the most famous members of the Beatles, now flies to all corners of the globe. The view from the front of the Strand looks over the Mersey River and the Royal Liver building, Cunard building and the Port of Liverpool building. These buildings were built to be visible symbols of Liverpool’s international prestige and makes Liverpool’s skyline one of the most famous in the world. Liverpool has a strong maritime history that goes back over 800 years. This history can be seen in any of the museums including The National, World, Art and Maritime.

Albert Dock is a short walk away from the development offering a great selection of top class restaurants and bars.
Shopping and Retail
You do not have to go far to find shopping and retail outlets. Liverpool One designer shopping centre is within a five minute walk, in addition to Gostins Arcade and Keys Court Shopping arcade also within walking distance. Cheshire Oaks Designer outlet village is only a 30 minute car journey away.
Education
The city centre is home to John Moores University, University of Liverpool and Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. Secondary and primary schools are a short drive away in the surrounding areas but never more than 4 miles from the development.
