Birmingham has a vast amount of attractions offering a wealth of culture and entertainment. There are many theatres, which host regular West End musicals, plays, pantomimes and ballet productions. The Birmingham Royal Ballet reside at Birmingham Hippodrome performing regularly in Birmingham when they are not on world tour. Birmingham Symphony Hall and International Convention Centre in the centre of Birmingham hold concerts and events from world renowned orchestra’s to chart topping artists. The word class City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra’s home is Symphony Hall. The Birmingham Art Museum and Gallery is less than a 15 minute walk away from 1 Hagley Road containing one of the country’s largest public Pre-Raphaelite collections in the world. Other attractions include Birmingham Science Museum, The Think Tank, Cadbury World and Birmingham Back to Backs Museum. Less than half a mile away is the Historical Jewellery Quarter, where The Museum of Jewellery and The Pen Museum can be found.

Birmingham plays host to multiple Michelin star restaurants. These include Simpsons, Purnells and Turners, all are within close proximity to 1 Hagley Road. The Sky Bar at the Park Regis Hotel is situated on Five Ways Island, which has stunning views and an impressive culinary experience. Harborne and Brindley place, where a multitude of independent bars and restaurants are located just a short walk away from 1 Hagley Road.
Shopping and Retail
The new Grand Central shopping area at New Street Station includes John Lewis and many other High Street brands. There are different culinary experiences within Grand Central and is a great central meeting area. The Bullring Shopping centre with over 160 shops, boasts luxury retail stores including Selfridges. The Mailbox has recently been re-furbished and has a large Harvey Nichols store. There are many bars and restaurants situated Canal side. The Mailbox is also home to the BBC.
