Home Warranty Information
Your development is covered by the Checkmate Warranty which covers the build for 10 years. This is a warranty under which the developer, during the first two years, and Checkmate during years three to ten following completion, insure your home. We do not cover general wear and tear or normal routine maintenance of your apartment.
