Home Warranty Information
Upon completion, a Checkmate Insurance Certificate for the Castle 10 Policy was issued. If you experience any problems with your new home and in the unlikely event that you do need this insurance, further information can be found on the Checkmate website: www.checkmate.uk.com. The warranty covers the build for ten years under which the developer provides cover for the first two years and Checkmate for the remaining eight years.
Please note that general wear and tear and damage will not be covered by your warranty.
