The development is managed by an Estate Management Company. The Managing Agent, Centrick, is responsible for all internal and external communal areas. Centrick is a Midlands based property group, managing client assets across the country.
The Managing Agent will regularly visit the development to ensure that it is always well maintained. They can assist with queries in relation to refuse collections, parking, fire safety and any service charge or ground rent enquiries.

Resident Services Associates & Hotel Membership Scheme
St Martin’s Place epitomises the ultimate in luxury, high end city living inviting residents to live like a VIP in the heart of Birmingham, with an array of hotel services at their fingertips.
In order to provide the luxurious amenities that the 4-star Park Regis Hotel has to offer, the Estate Management Company, Centrick, have employed a company called Switch to facilitate the day to day running of the development. Switch will also be able to assist residents with any enquiries relating to the communal areas, state-of-the-art gym, Wi-Fi lounge and private cinema located within the development.
Switch are second to none at delivering a high-end service to residents through their Resident Services Associates, who can be found manning the service desk located within in the reception area of the development. Residents can approach the Resident Services Associate who is on duty to arrange transport, meeting room bookings and dry-cleaning services as well as a variety of other tasks. There is also the option for residents to sign up to a hotel membership scheme, which provides a variety of exclusive rates for on-site parking, hotel rooms, meeting room bookings and also the restaurant and spa located within the Park Regis Hotel next door to the development.

Residents can contact the Resident Services Associate who is on duty by using the Comelit mobile phone app, which acts as the intercom for each apartment within the development (please see the ‘Property Information’ tab for further details). Buildings insurance is covered within the service charge which is payable by the owner of the property directly to the Managing Agent, Centrick. For any additional insurance, such as contents insurance, this will need to be arranged independently.
