General Flooring
The apartment is completed with wood veneer flooring in a dark chestnut finish throughout. This flooring is of the highest quality with a 10 year guarantee. This does not cover standard wear and tear to the flooring as a result of scratches and marks from furniture and footwear.
Please refer to the attached manual with regards to maintenance and cleaning of your flooring.
Bathroom Flooring
The bathroom is tiled with ceramic tiles, Tarkett, Gripstar reference Essential 260. Please see the product sheet below.
